Wojciech Kliś

He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, as well as post-graduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw.

He gained professional experience in law firms in Tricity and Lodz. He has extensive experience in tax and commercial law. In his professional practice, he was responsible for transformation processes, contributions of enterprises and other restructuring events.

In the field of tax law, he was responsible for advising Polish and foreign entities on VAT, and corporate income tax. He represented taxpayers before tax authorities in VAT carousels and proceedings in the field of CIT.

He is fluent in English.
