Tomasz Bathelt

Fourth-year law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz on the public law profile with a specialization in finance. Since 2020 he has been a member of the European Law Students Association ELSA Łódź. In 2023 he participated in the EUCOTAX Wintercourse international seminar in Uppsala, where he presented a paper entitled. “Decision-making processes of domestic tax legislation – Polish perspective”, currently he also serves as Secretary of the Scientific Circle of Tax Law operating at the Department of Tax Law and the Center for Documentation and Tax Studies of the University of Lodz.

His interests include tax law as well as commercial and economic law.
