Anna Bednarek

She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She defended her thesis in the Department of Commercial Law, focusing on the topic of an individual shareholder’s right to control in a limited liability company. During her studies, she also completed the German Law School at the University of Lodz and the School of Law and Economy of China at the University of Warsaw.

In 2023, she completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Lodz, passing the bar examination with a positive result. In the same year, she also completed postgraduate studies in the field of modern technology law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.

She gained professional experience at the Legal Clinic of the University of Lodz and in law firms.

Her main areas of interest are civil, commercial, corporate and new technologies law.

She speaks in English and German.
