Karolina Gradowska-Kania
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź in the Department of Civil Procedure. She completed the attorney application at the District Bar Council in Łódź.
She gained professional experience in law firms in Łódź and Warsaw, providing legal support to IT companies and retail chains. Currently, as part of her professional practice, she supports Polish and foreign entities in the field of employee relocation, and advises HR departments on matters related to the legalization of stay and work of foreigners in Poland.
Karolina has extensive experience in conducting court disputes and representing clients in the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
Her interests include issues related to civil law, labor law and immigration law, with particular emphasis on legal aspects regarding the legality of foreigners’ stay in Poland.
She is fluent in English.
