Marek Cieślak

He has higher technical education in the field of financial mathematics and post-graduate education in the field of management accounting. He graduated of the Warsaw University of Technology in Mathematics and Information Science and the University of Economics.

He has extensive experience in management and tax accounting, consolidation of capital groups financial statements, operational and financial controlling, as well as financing investment projects. He has held the positions of Finance Director, Chief Accountant, and Financial Controller in international capital groups. He is authorized by the Ministry of Finance to provide bookkeeping services.

In CGO, he works mainly with corporate clients with foreign capital, deals with issues in the field of financial accounting (IFRS, US GAAP), management accounting, taxes, is the president of the board of the subsidiary CGO Finance Sp. z o.o. providing external financial and accounting services.

He speaks fluent English language.
