Agata Chrześcijańska-Chajdas

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, Department of Business and Commercial Law. She completed her legal training at the Łódź Bar Association. She practiced as an attorney until 2021, and is currently a legal advisor registered with the Łódź Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors.

She gained professional experience in law firms in Łódź, advising numerous entrepreneurs on both ongoing matters and in areas such as creating and verifying internal procedures, managing personnel changes in companies, property acquisitions by entrepreneurs, advising on legal aspects of e-commerce, and drafting contracts, especially in relations with foreign entities.

She specializes in business, administrative, and civil law, with a particular focus on obligations.
