Marcin Marusiński

Legal advisor since 2014. Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź. He defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Commercial and Business Law, focusing on the subject of online auctions. He completed his legal traineeship (attorney-at-law apprenticeship) at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Łódź.

Already during his full-time studies, he began working at one of the larger law firms in Łódź specializing in commercial transactions. Subsequently, he worked as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of Rossmann SDP sp. z o.o. in Łódź.

He specializes in civil and commercial law, contract law, disputes with public administration authorities, and representing consumers in disputes with stronger entities. He has extensive litigation experience.

He is fluent in English.
