Nikoletta Łakota

Trainee attorney at law at the OIRP in Warsaw since January 2023. Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She defended her master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski, dealing with the subject of stock market crimes. 

She gained experience in a law firm in Cracow, whose main business was servicing entrepreneurs. 

She holds a position of trainee attorney at law in the foreign companies team. 

She is fluent in English.
